Mickey's practice focuses on drafting loan documents, analyzing leases, property management agreements and other due diligence items and reviewing corporate organizational documents.

Prior to joining Sherman Wells, Mickey was an associate at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP for more than two years, where he represented lenders in commercial real estate, asset-based finance and securitized loan transactions.

​Mickey previously was a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas M. Moore, J.S.C. in the New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division, where he worked on commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract actions, mortgage and tax sale certificate foreclosures, and shareholder disputes.
 
While in law school, Mickey interned at the Notre Dame Clinical Law Center’s Community Development Clinic, where he advised and drafted legal documents for small businesses and a nonprofit organization.
