    Represented an executive team in the sale of their private company to a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical corporation. Two years later, represented the same team when the corporation sold them.

  • Counsel the nation’s most successful independent insurance agents

    For 15 years have served as primary outside counsel to a company that reinsures the business of hundreds of independent insurance agents who are its shareholders. Regularly advise the board of directors on corporate governance and periodic capital raising through 50-state private placements.

    U.S. counsel to a Korean frozen food, restaurant and entertainment conglomerate on U.S. acquisitions and general corporate issues.
