• Represented a commercial lender in connection with a $30,000,000 commercial mortgage loan and $20,085,000 commercial mortgage loan to a national real estate investor for the acquisition of industrial and retail properties in Virginia, Illinois, and Florida, all occupied by class A national tenants.
